Residential Trim Coverage
The eaves or rafter tails that extend past the walls of your home and the fascia board, the horizontal board that ties the rafter tails together and the soffit, the structure on the underside of the eaves are often impossible to replace and difficult to maintain. HBA recommends covering the fascia board, eaves and soffit with aluminum trim. In addition to the roof’s edge, consider maintenance-free trim wrap for window casings, door casings and rack.
The professionals at HBA use a brake to custom form trim on site from aluminum coil stock. HBA takes great measures to match trim to existing and newly installed windows siding and roof components.
Imagine no more exterior painting. HBA can encapsulate any and all exterior trim.
The exterior of your home will be virtually maintenance free.
Broad Acres Road Refurbish: Narberth, PA
Qualified HBA installation professionals provided and installed all components required for a complete standing seam metal roofing system, including panels, panel clips, trim/flashing, fascia, rake, soffit capping, closures, sealants and fillers. To insure quality control, HBA pros performed and inspected the installation of the metal roofing system prior to installation of roof panels, during installation and performed a final inspection at the completion of the project. The standing seam roof is made by turning up the edges of two adjacent metal panels, overlapping them, then interlocking them.
In addition to the standing seam prefabricated roof, the pros at HBA completed the entire siding project consisting of 6" T and G vertical knotty cedar siding.
With the new metal roof and wood siding, HBA transformed this suburban Philadelphia property into a contemporary show case home.
