Hancock professionals installed a new Certainteed Grand Manor Roof System to the main roof, the side porch roof and two front overhangs. All flashings were completed with 16oz. copper and lead. A ridgevent and Ice and Water sheild were installed for extra ventilation and protection.

The dormers and walls of the house, re-sided with 18' Tapersawns at 5 1/2' exposure, accent a prominent center stone toret.
