Hancock professionals installed a Charcoal color GAF dimensional roof, new flashings using 24' terne coated with Tinners red paint. Ridgevents and Ice and Water Shields were installed where needed. New 5' 1/2-Round aluminum gutters and 3x4 spouts were installed to control runoff on the property.
